Detox Guidelines

PREPARE

As soon as you receive this begin preparing for your detox. This means cut out coffee, sugar, meats, and dairy. Add fresh fruits and veggies to every meal you have left. Trust us you will have a smoother transition when you start. Think raw and clean! Ex. Salads, fruits, and low sodium broth.

LETS BEGIN..

Start your day off with some room temperature or hot water with lemon to wake up your system and get going. You can also try our chlorophyll water to enhance your detox.

Drink your six juices as they are numbered as often as needed. Since we are not all operating on same schedule a good rule of thumb is to wait at least one hour between juices and to finish the last juice at least 2 hours before bedtime. Consuming anything too close to bed time won't allow your GI proper rest.

In between your juices drink as much water, herbal tea, or green tea as you can This will aid in flushing out toxins and working as a laxative.

DURING YOUR CLEANSE

  • Give yourself time for rest and reflection. When it gets hard reflect on why you started in the first place.

  • For exercise we recommend you take it slow. Try some light walking or yoga. Remember your body is getting a lighter meal but is working hard getting rid of junk and putting in nutrients.

  • Just like your Gi system is getting rid of toxins so is your skin. Your larger organ the skin needs some TLC! Exfoliate your skin by using a brush to scrub away dead cells and reveal healthy looking skin.

  • Although we recommend 100% juice cleanse if you must cheat and are tempted for solids we recommend: organic veggies such as celery, cucumber, carrots. Low sodium veggie broth. 

  • Avoid any acid or salt that will interrupt the process.

  • If you love coffee and must have it at all cost... try half a cup of black coffee with no sugar or milk unless it is our almond milk.

We hope this cleanse help set you on the right path to health and wellness. Now that you will start to eat solids easily into it SLOWlY. Begin with salads, veggie, fruits and slowly incorporate things that are harder to digest such as meats and diary. Remember this cleanse was HARD WORK! you don't want to reverse it.
